Lost Order Policy

QUILTWOMAN.COM LOST ORDER POLICY FOR DROP SHIP VENDORS

Since drop ship vendors are responsible for letting us know they received the orders and are responsible for shipping the orders and QuiltWoman.com has no way of knowing whether the orders were actually shipped, vendors must also take responsibility for "lost" orders.

If a customer informs us that an order has not arrived, we must assume they are telling the truth and vendor should replace the order or request that QuiltWoman.com provide a refund which will be reflected in the payment to the vendor for the month of the refund.

Generally if a customer has not received an order shipped within the U.S. within 10 business days, the order should be replaced or refunded per above. International orders 20 business days.
