Polar Opposites Quilt Pattern PC-139

This lap or twin-sized quilt pattern was designed to feature the cut-out characters on the Arctic Friends panel by Northcott (featuring whales, seals bears, penguins and owls). If the panel is not available, you can use a large focus fabric, or fabric with scenes to provide interest in the animal blocks.
