Make this colorful easy quilt pattern using just 10 fat quarters of your favorite bright fabrics, with plain black and a bright accent color in the border. This is Kathy of KoolKat's version of a traditional pattern that makes a large bed size quilt. Use 10 bright metric fat quarters measuring 22" x 20" - please note that 18" fat quarters are not suitable. This pattern needs 102 1/2" (2.6 m) plain black fabric for borders, blacks and binding and 23 1/2" (0.6 m) bright colors for borders.
