Description
We love the wonderful "Feather" fabric line by Zandra Rhodes for Free Spirit Fabrics. It inspired us to use diamonds with lots of open space for quilting. Quilt this pillow top by machine or by hand, using a big-stitch technique with perle cotton.
Our step-by-step instructions will help you turn this pillow top into the perfect pillow for a bed or chair. The front of the pillow is layered and quilted, using muslin and batting. The back is made up of two overlapping (unquilted) pieces so that the cover can be removed for laundering.
Rated as intermediate because of the diamond and setting triangles, the pattern contains a 1/4" seam practice and easy-to-read graphics.
