Aren't these drowsy bears wonderful? Use a full panel and two sizes of bear paw blocks for the Lap/Throw quilt.  The wall size quilt and one pair of matching shames can be made from a single panel.  You will find plenty of great graphics and tips for a successful project included in the pattern.
