We work hard to bring you quality products and if there is a problem we will do everything we can to correct it.
Physical Products
A physical product is one that is shipped to you. If we cannot correct a problem to your satisfaction, we will refund or authorize a return. Please e-mail, fax or phone us before you ship the product back. You have 30 days from date of purchase to return a defective product for a refund or exchange. The product must be unused and in it's original condition. Please include either a copy of the invoice or the invoice number and your name and address. We will refund shipping - one-way. We will pay shipping on replacements.
Downloadable Products
A downloadable product is one delivered as a digital download. A downloadable product can not be returned. If you are not satisfied with your pattern, please contact us to see how we can resolve your issue.
